Under these laws, "sale" includes any transfer of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and "sharing" includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our Current Practices
Painted Whiskers does not sell your personal information to data brokers or identity resolution vendors. We do not deploy third-party tracking pixels for cross-site behavioral advertising. We use only essential first-party data to operate our service, process your orders, and deliver your portraits.
Our third-party partners (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Prodigi and Printful for printing, OpenAI for image generation) receive only the minimum information needed to perform their services and are bound by data processing agreements restricting their use of your data.

- Data access: You may request a copy of all personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
